The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated away from the bustling city life but still in a convenient and quiet zone. We were able to easily access taxis and the main square. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. the staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us with organizing tours and giving recommendations. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The staff's professionalism left something to be desired, as they were not attentive to guests' needs and lacked initiative in providing exceptional service.
